I realize that because I am DONE WITH FINALS and on Christmas vacation, I may not think to update this blog very much in the following weeks. However, I also realize that a few of my faithful followers still check this blog on the daily, and are subsequently disappointed by its vacant state. Therefore, I give you today's short and sweet post.
I love being home for the holidays. I've got a Christmas tree in my room, 96.5 on the radio, and a pep in my step! And the craziest part is that Christmas is right around the corner! Despite my stress, I did manage to get all of my shopping done in one fowl swoop...literally. I was in Target for 4 hours. Its a good thing that that store is my happy place, or I'm pretty sure I would have gone insane in the brain.
I also love being with my family more often then I have been used to. Confirmation of this came last night, when my family broke out into an impromptu Christmas song-singing, electric guitar playing, dumbell-hitting, and shaker-shaking Christmas caroling performance! Feliz Navidad was a fan favorite. My family rocks. (<--Bad pun alert)
Well anyways...I'm not sure what else to report on. I have very few goals I plan on achieving this break (besides the obvious do no schoolwork and not use my brain), but one is to watch my fave holiday movies before Christmas. Almost accomplished! Although you can imagine my Mother and mine's horror when we opened up our absolute favorite (The Santa Clause), and found the DVD to be missing. Missing! So devastating.
Merry Christmas to my readers near and far; I can't wait to spend it with those of you who are near!
